# How can Em help me give clear feedback to a highly respected clinician?

Em, the AI coach in Empatyzer, helps you separate respect for the clinician’s expertise from the specific behavior or agreement you need to discuss, then prepare feedback that recognizes the expertise while keeping the issue clear.

This makes a status contest less likely and keeps the conversation on what happened, why it matters and what should change. If the clinician is a member of the organization currently selected in Empatyzer, has completed the required part of the assessment and has not turned off advice about themselves, select them via the two-person icon: the advice then reflects how the two of you differ, and the “Remember” tab shows a few, usually three, simplest rules that most help in contact with that person, to keep in mind before the conversation. Em does not judge the clinical substance of decisions.
