# What can HR measure about learning in Empatyzer without reading private conversations?

HR can measure learning in Empatyzer through aggregated organization statistics, such as activity over time, participation by department or level and how many people take each successive step, plus its own surveys of usefulness and perceived competence, without reading any Em conversation.

Statistics and the “Members” section, which shows each member's join date and whether they have completed the questionnaire but not their answers or results, are available to the organization owner and people with the relevant permissions. Statistics are not meant for tracking individuals, group data is aggregated and appears only for groups of at least five people, and HR, managers and administrators cannot open conversations with Em. For comparison, in Empatyzer's studies 59% of users reported an increase in competence (self-assessment).
