# How can Empatyzer support a multilingual manufacturing workforce?

Empatyzer supports seven languages: Polish, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Czech, which can make one platform practical across a multilingual workforce.

Each person sets their own interface language in their profile (“Go to admin” → “Me” → “About you” → “Edit”), so operators, supervisors and office staff in one plant can use different languages at the same time. Before rollout, check which of the seven languages each employee group needs and show people how to switch.
