# How can Empatyzer help me if I do not manage people?

Empatyzer is for employees as well as managers. You can use it to understand your own reactions, prepare conversations with a manager or colleague, work through tensions and develop skills that matter in your environment.

You get your own assessment with results such as “Words”, “Talents” and “Motivations”, and in the “About me” context you can ask Em about your reactions, motivation or career direction. You can prepare a conversation with your manager or a colleague privately: your manager cannot see your questions. Two short micro-lessons a week, tailored to you and the people around you, build your skills over time.
