Once the required technical or safety response is underway, Em, the AI coach in Empatyzer, can help a supervisor or manager prepare the human conversation: what happened, who needs to understand what, and what should be clearer next time.

Em can help balance facts, accountability, learning and emotions, and choose words that fit each person involved. Em does not replace incident investigation, safety procedures or legal and reporting obligations, and should not be used to decide who is to blame.
