# How can an organization measure Empatyzer adoption while keeping chats private?

Empatyzer shows adoption through aggregated, anonymous organization statistics, which reveal how the system is used but nothing that people discussed with Em.

The statistics in the admin panel can show the number of people by department or level, activity over time, participation in successive steps and engagement levels; they are not meant for tracking individuals. The “Members” section also shows whether each member has completed the questionnaire and when they joined. Both are available to the owner and people with the relevant permissions.
