A board can judge Empatyzer's value from aggregated usage statistics, group-level views and the outcome measures agreed for the pilot, without access to any employee's conversations with Em or full individual results.

Organization statistics show activity over time, how many people take each successive step and engagement levels, and are not meant for tracking individuals; group data is aggregated and appears only for groups of at least five people. The optional Organization DNA report synthesizes strengths, tensions and readiness for change from group data.
