# Can I ask Em about my own behavior rather than someone else's?

Yes. Click the one-person icon in Empatyzer’s left vertical menu or choose “About me” above the chat. Em, the AI coach in Empatyzer, then uses your own profile as the main context of the conversation.

The right side shows your “Talents and traits” profile. Use this mode for questions about your reactions, motivations, decisions, work style, internal tensions and assessment results, for example why you react strongly to certain behavior in others. To ask about a colleague or a team, use the two-person or three-person icon instead.

## Steps

1. Click the one-person icon in the left vertical menu.
2. If needed, choose “About me” above the chat.
3. Ask Em about your own reactions, motivations or decisions; your “Talents and traits” profile appears on the right.
