# Can Empatyzer reduce the amount of one-to-one coaching HR must provide managers?

Yes. Empatyzer can give managers a private first line of support for routine conversation preparation, reducing the need for HR to coach every feedback or 1:1 individually.

Em is available around the clock, in seven languages, so managers also get help outside HR's working hours, for example on night shifts. HR can then spend more time on complex employee relations and formal processes. HR does not see what managers asked or what Em advised: an organization administrator sees members' names, email addresses, join dates and whether each has completed a questionnaire, survey or task, plus aggregated usage statistics, but not questionnaire answers, full results or private conversations.
